Receptionists Office Assistant
Responsibilities:

Receive incoming and outgoing phone callsAccept receipt at front desk from supplier and process administrative needsControl and order daily office needs for weekly/ monthly, such as : drink water, office stationary, AC maintenance, phone maintenance, photocopy machine maintenance, etc

Requirements:

Female, age between 20 – 26 years oldAttractive appearance and pleasant personalityCandidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field.Fluent in spoken and written EnglishHaving at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Jembatan Dua.Preferably Staff specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

Do all the administration tasks in sales scopeProcess purchase order from customer

Requirements:

Female, Age between 22 – 30 years.Holding min. D3 Degree in any fieldBachelor degree will be an advantageHave a minimum 1 year experience in related position, fresh graduate are welcome.Computer literate, able to operate MS Office and Internet.Good command in English both spoken and written.Able to work efficient, self sufficient, self driven, fast and good initiative.Willing to work in the North Jakarta area
