PT. Diamond Cold Storage (Diamond) is an established Indonesian manufacturing company focused on dairy-based and frozen food products. We are a privately held company with product penetration across the food service, general trade and modern retail segments. Our product range includes Milk (UHT & Pasteurized), Juice, Yogurt, Ice Cream, Soft Ice Cream, Chocolate, Mayonnaise & Salad Dressing, Cheese, and custom products as per client request. We are currently seeking :

Junior Secretary (Code: JSCR)
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to run the organizational efficientlyArrange and prepare schedule meeting, keep track and manage deadlinesMaintain and organize paperwork and electronics filesEnsuring the efficiency of the administration of the division, assisting the Senior SecretaryRecord and transcribe minutes of meetings, to draft routine or type correspondence, memorandums, circulars, reports, etcPerform special duties in relation with the division when requested

Requirements:

Female, Single,Age should be between 25 – 30 years oldHolding at least a Diploma degree from reputable college/university with GPA > 3.00Having min. 1 years experience in secretary fieldPossess excellent office management and computer skillsAble to handle tight deadlines, multitasking jobs and willing to work long hoursHaving ability to communicate with all levels internally and externally in English (Mandarin is a plus point)Attractive and energetic appearance,pleasant personality and attitude, detailed person, mature, full-dedicated and result oriented, can work as a team and individualWilling to be placed in Cibitung and Ancol
