Bangun Putra Pesaka stand up since year 1970 as one of the company giving clearance to customs service (brokerage customs). Empirically as brokerage customs during more than 30 year, we wish to improve logistics service amount and quality utilize to facilitate all customer or clients with concept “Total of Logistics”. We are currently seeking:

Customer Service
Responsibilities:

Receiving pre alert from customer service department or networkTo monitor shipment arrival and inform the consignee about the arrival and procedures shippingTo monitor delivery orderFollowing up custom clearance process with customs, operational & customerHandling/Answer communication during custom clearance processProviding information and quote price for all priceArranging transportation from/to customer warehouse to/from airport/ port including routing, delivery, booking, etc

Requirements:

Male, age not more than 35 years oldApplicants should be at least D3 DegreeHaving good knowledge/ ability in ImportHaving good knowledge in Import documentFamiliar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet)Willing to work at Merak
