Holding min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management/Psychology/Law/Engineering/EconomicsHaving at least 3 years experience as Personnel Staff/HRDMastering Personnel System & Administration, Payroll, Labor Law, JamsostekMastering regarding Company license and Industrial Relation processPreferably mastering ISO 9001, ISO 14001 implementationMastering General Affair System and Implementation (vehicles, OB, Driver, Plant Facilities, Security)Communicative, Honest and DisciplineComputer literate (MS Office, Payroll System, etc)
