Requirements:

Male, age between 27-32 years old.Candidate should be at least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable universityHaving experiences as Project Engineer in industrial building projects (workshop and warehouse)Willing to work beyond normal office hour (over time)Having good ability to understand drawing and technical specification.Having ability to operate Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Autocad, and scheduling software.Responsible and honest person

Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner especially for Director & support management & division

Requirements:

FemaleCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.Required skill(s): Administration and Secretarial Duties, Correspondences Skill, Filling Management, MICE Knowledge, Travel Management.Excellent interpersonal skill, manner, helpful, neat and office etiquetteProficiency in English, Bahasa IndonesiaComputer Literate (MS Office and other application)Having at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.Full-Time or Contract positions available.
