Responsibilities:

Welcoming visiting customers or guidesHandle outgoing and incoming calls and lettersAssist in simple administrative duties

Female, age not more than 25 years oldMinimal education : High school graduate or diploma degree in any fieldHaving at least one year experience as Front Desk Officer or ReceptionistPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good appearance and pleasant personalityHaving excellent phone mannerKnowledgeable in MS OfficeWilling to be placed at West Jakarta

Customer Relation Officer
Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiriesHandle and resolve customer complaintsCommunicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronicallyObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaintsCommunicate and coordinate with internal departments

Requirements:

Female, age below 28 years oldHolding a Diploma / Bachelor degree in any fieldHaving at least one year experience in customer service areaHaving strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishHaving excellent phone mannerProficients in MS OfficeHaving good interpersonal skills with strong influence and persuasivenessWilling to be placed at West Jakarta
