Receptionist
Responsibilities:

Connect & Receive incoming calls to any destinationReceive the arrival of Customer with a friendly and professional attitudeCall the phone number you want to go over requests related partiesDelivering the message to internal and external parties when unable to receive calls and recorded messages that need to be deliveredPerform duties and functions of other receptionist & adminTake note of the telephone log book entry and exitMake periodic reports of activities

Requirements:

FemaleCandidates at least have the educational background of D1/D3 majoring in Secretary or  Administration with minimum GPA 2.75Having experience working as a receptionist or secretary or in the field of customer services at  least 2 years, maximum age 26 yearsAble to operate telephone system PABXHaving the ability to communicate well in Indonesian and English also Mandarin is a Plus (oral and written)Having High integrityHaving high accuracyCustomer Service orientedHandy, and can work effectively and efficiently in a work situation with pressureAttractive appearance & pleasant personalityPlacement in Dadap (Tanggerang).
